We all make excuses. Whether we like to admit it or not. "I'm never going to look like her, why even go to the gym?", "I have a full time job, no way I can work in an hour at the gym", "I'm already ____ lbs overweight, why start eating better now?", "I have no idea how to use gym equipment, so I'm going to stick with the treadmill", "I will never make enough money as a personal trainer, so why bother?", or my favorite: "Being overweight is genetic, its impossible for me to lose weight".

You will not get positive results when you mind is clouded with negative thoughts.

Be positive. Be HAPPY. Find your happiness. Quit hating the image you see in the mirror and start DOING something about it. Stop complaining about those 10 extra pounds you gained last year when you're not doing anything to change it. Take care of yourself. Love yourself. Love yourself enough to get in its best shape and health ever. It's okay to put yourself first sometimes. You need to make time everyday to do something that makes you happy.  Respect yourself. Respect yourself enough to take care your health. To remove the toxic people in your life that don't support your goals.  Realize your potential. You can do whatever you put your mind to. Take those negative thoughts and turn them into motivation, not excuses. I am so sick of seeing people tear themselves apart.
Stop competing with others and start competing with yourself.
We are all so different; inside and out. God did not create us to all look the same. That girl you are idolizing and working so hard to become, is not you. And once you realize that, the possibilities are endless. Push yourself to become a better version of YOU. Make your health a priority. Challenge yourself. Do something you never thought you could do. Make goals and go WORK for them.

If you haven't already, start the journey today. Find that deeper meaning to why you want to get started on this life of health and longevity. Find that something and hold onto it. If you feel like you're not getting the results you want and just want to quit, remember that something. That reason you started, and don't give up.

If you're already on your path, don't forget why you started. Don't forget that deeper meaning. Find your passion and just keep on pushing.

Quit making excuses and start taking care of yourself. Who knows how long we have left on this earth. GO OUT THERE AND GET IT. Whatever "it" may be.
