I LOVE messing around in the kitchen and creating new recipes! This one took some trial and error, and may still need some tweaking. But Lordy that was GOOD! I can't wait to make new microwaveable mug concoctions :)

Ingredients:
4 tbs oat flour {I make my own--old fashioned oats in the NutriBullet}
2 tbs pumpkin puree 
1 egg white
1 tbs protein {I used Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl}
1 tbs original almond milk {you could probably use cows milk}
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 packet sweetener (I use Stevia in the raw)



Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe mug, and cook for 1 minute.

...& top with mini dark chocolate chips if you so choose :)

MACROS:
Fat: 2.2g Carbs:18g Protein: 14g
