Snow Day FULL BODY CIRCUIT

Hello all! Yesterday I got snowed in. Here in SoMD we got about 6-7 inches of snow and the world shut down. I felt lazy since I hadn't been to the gym since Friday, so I put together this quick at-home circuit! 





Full body circuit x 3

1. 15 push-ups
2. 14 push-up planks {7 each side}
3. 25 V-ups
4. 50 penguins
5. 15 jump squats
6. 12 jumping lunges 
7. 25 second tricep push up hold
8. 1 minute plank






Here I am, demonstrating the tricep push up hold:
Keep your elbows in and core tight!
