Shoulders 02.12.15

I started out my workout with 45 minutes on the Tredclimber. I didn't intend to do cardio, because my legs were so sore for doing legs the day before, but the gym was so packed I decided to "waste" some time on the machines. My legs ended up feeling much better afterward, so I'm glad I did it! 


Anyways, here is my shoulder workout:

Warm-up: 
Shoulder rotations with 5 lb DB, 5 forward, 5 backward for 3 sets each. 

1. DB Shoulder Press (15 lbs) 3 x 10 

2. SUPERSET 3 x 10
  • Arnold press (10 lbs)
  • Alternating front and lateral raises (5 lbs)
    • {1 front raise & 1 lateral raise = 1 rep}
3. BB Shoulder Press alternating front & back (30 lbs) 3 x 10 

4. SUPERSET 3 x 10 

6. Cable Sword Draws (7.5 lbs) 3 x 10 each arm
