Happy Friday the 13th, everyone! Today I worked my back and did a few ab exercises, ending with 10 minutes on high resistance biking. 

I find that with back workouts, you really need to have good mind/muscle connection. If you don't feel the exercise working your back, readjust, assess your form and try again. 

Here is my back workout:

Warm-up: Push-ups 3 x 5

1. BB Dead lifts 4 x 10
{start very light!}

2. Pendlay Row 3 x 12 

3. Rack pulls 4 x 10

4. Lat pulldown 3 x 10

5. Low back machine 3 x 15
{these vary throughout many gyms, if you don't have one at your gym, you can do some pulsing super mans}

6. Single-arm bent over DB rows 3 x 10

3. Push up planks 3 x 10
