What's in my kitchen?

Here is a list of things that you will almost ALWAYS find in my kitchen, that I use/eat on a daily basis! 

"The necessities" are those I will probably never go a day without using/eating. These are: Greek yogurt, almond butter, stevia, pretzels, hummus, MultiVites, almond milk, old fashioned oats, sugar-free Jello pudding mix, Quest bars, cinnamon swirl whey protein (by Cellucor), Jif Whips, granola, sriracha, olive oil, pepper, Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. NOT PICTURED: eggs!! 



Pantry:
Protein powder
Oats
Granola
Whole wheat tortillas, bread
Nut butters: extra crunchy peanut butter, almond butter, Jif Whips
Some type of protein bar (Cookies and Cream Quest is my favorite right now)
Pretzels
Canned black beans
Tuna
Chicken broth (canned)
Brown rice
Whole wheat pasta (spaghetti, penne, linguine...)
Unbleached whole wheat flour
Coconut flour
Stevia packets
Baking powder & soda
Dark chocolate chips
Cocoa powder
Halved walnuts
Olive oil
Canola oil cooking spray
Sriracha

Fridge:
Eggs, lots and lots of eggs
Original Almond milk light (FYI you can use cow milk in any of my recipes. I am slightly lactose-intolerant so I use almond milk)
OJ 
Sargentos thin sliced colby jack cheese
Light and fit vanilla Greek yogurt
Plain Greek yogurt
Hummus
Fruit (depends on what looks good at the store)
Baby portobello mushrooms
Bell peppers
Baby carrots
Spinach/Kale
Prepped chicken breast
Ground turkey

Freezer:
Frozen fruit
Talapia
Bubba turkey burgers

Spices:
Mrs. Dash garlic and herb
Mrs. Dash italian blend
Garlic powder
Oregano
Cumin
Chili powder
Crushed red pepper
Pumpkin pie spice
Cinnamon
