...or waffles! I started out with this recipe making ~6 small pancakes, and then I made a $17 investment--a waffle maker! It might be the best $17 I ever spent. I love this recipe because it never gets old! I am constantly adding new variations and testing out new flavors.

1/2 C oats
1/2 scoop protein powder (any flavor)
          {optional! I really only add whey into this recipe when I eat them
             pre or post workout. Otherwise, they still have a significant
             amount of protein!}
1/3 C flour (I use coconut or whole wheat unbleached flour)
2 tbs yogurt (I use Greek vanilla)
          {I've also used sugar free pudding or cottage cheese as
2 egg whites
1/2 C milk (I use original almond milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp baking powder

Mix all ingredients in a blender (I use a NutriBullet) until smooth and then cook 'em up!

Some spices/extras that I personally LOVE:
Favorite proteins: Cinnamon swirl, peanut butter marshmallow whey (both by Cellucor)
Spices/powders: cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice (pumpkin spice waffles...YUM!!) , stevia, cocoa powder
Others: almond butter, peanut butter, Nutella, walnuts
Toppers: strawberries, bananas, apples (ANY fruit!), dark chocolate chips (my weakness), Walden Farms syrup
