This is what I had for breakfast this morning, topped with a tablespoon of maple brown sugar Jif Whips and paired with the necessary evil--coffee :) I usually drink it black, but today I heated up some original almond milk, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and mixed it in! 

I eat some sort of variation of protein oats almost everyday for breakfast/as a pre-workout meal. There are so many ways to change up the flavors, it never gets old! Here are the basics that you will need:

1/2 C oats
2 tbsp protein powder {optional!}
1 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
1/2 C milk

Mix all ingredients and heat in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring each minute. 

Here are some ideas that I have come up with:
Banana Nut:
All of the above ingredients PLUS 1 banana, 1/2 C crushed walnuts, 2 tbsp any nut butter, dash of cinnamon, 1/2 packet Stevia

Strawberry Cheesecake:
All of the above ingredients PLUS 1/2 C strawberries, 1 tbsp Sugar-free cheesecake Jello pudding powder, 1/2 packet Stevia

Apple Pie:
All of the above ingredients PLUS 1 red apple, dash apple pie spice, 1/2 packet Stevia

I have also added vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, cocoa powder, Jif Whips, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi....the possibilities are endless!
