Another day, another progress pic

Yesterday (9/15/14) I hit shoulders {workout here !} and was so excited to see some progress! I am finally feeling myself get stronger and am able to lift heavier weights, consistently. Keep it up!!

9/15/14 bet you can't guess my favorite liquor! ;)

Update on increased weights (mostly to track my personal progress):
Upright rows to shoulder press 30lbs
One-armed bent over rows 25lbs 

I get my MRI results today...pray for me!

Off to do some cardio!!
